Piti, Guam, December 7, 2022: A Yona man was arrested by Port Police this morning after officers allegedly found drugs and drug paraphernalia during routine patrol.

Officers were conducting routine patrol at 7:30 a.m. today on Route 1 in Asan when they conducted a pull over of a vehicle. Officers allegedly discovered two glass pipes and a straw with white residue. A field test of the white residue resulted in a presumptive positive for crystal methamphetamine, also known as “ice.”

Jacob Fegurgur, 33, of Yona was booked and released in connection with possession of a schedule 2 controlled substance.
