Port General Manager Rory J. Respicio spoke November 15, 2022 at the Guam Industry Forum 2022 held at the Dusit Thani Guam Resort.
Respicio was a panelist for the “Ports of Entry and Logistics” panel discussion. Respicio focused on the progress being made at the Port to modernize the island’s only commercial seaport.
“For the next 10 years, we’re going to see almost $15 billion in military construction, and the Port Authority of Guam is going to be ready to receive all those cargo because we’re not going to wait for the what-ifs. " Respicio told the crowd during his presentation.
