General Manager Rory J. Respicio and Former Senator Robert Klitzkie share a laugh as they reminisce of days when they were colleagues in the Guam Legislature. Although they may have disagreed on certain issues in the past, today Klitzkie recognizes the progress the Port Authority has made under the leadership of Respicio.
